Call to order and roll call.
General Public Comment. Allows members of the public to comment generally on matters that are within the Small Business Commission’s jurisdiction but not on today's calendar, and suggest new agenda items for the Commission’s future consideration. (Discussion Item)
Presentation on the 16th Street Improvement Project.This project is part of Muni Forward and plans to allow for zero-emission transit service into Mission Bay, the project will also include extending the overhead contact system (OCS) that powers our trolley buses on 16th Street from Kansas Street to Third Street. Additionally, new bike lanes have been added to 17th Street to create a continuous route from Mission Bay to the Mission Neighborhood. Along with the changes to 16th Street, the eastern end of the 22 Fillmore route will shift to serve the growth in jobs, housing and hospitals in Mission Bay. A replacement route is being developed that will ensure service is maintained to Potrero Hill and the Dogpatch areas once the 22 Fillmore shifts. To better leverage public funds and minimize construction impacts, the project will also include replacing old underground water and sewer lines. Once finished, the street will be entirely repaved. Presentation and possible action to support San Francisco’s Local Business Enterprise (LBE) small businesses regarding their efforts to maintain their businesses as it pertains to BOS File No: 170205. Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to require a citywide project labor agreement applicable to certain public work or improvement projects with projected costs over $1,000,000 or where delay in completing the project may interrupt or delay services or use of facilities that are important to the City’s essential operations or infrastructure. (Discussion and Action Item)

Director’s Report. Update and report on the Office of Small Business and the Small Business Assistance Center, commission activity, department programs, policy and legislative matters, announcements from the Mayor, and announcements regarding small business activities. (Discussion Item)
Commissioners’ Reports. Allows President, Vice President, and Commissioners to report on recent small business activities and make announcements that are of interest to the small business community. (Discussion Item)
New Business. Allows Commissioners to introduce new agenda items for future consideration by the Commission. (Discussion Item)

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. DISABILITY ACCESS POLICY
Commission hearings are held in Room 400 at City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place in San Francisco (unless otherwise noted). City Hall is accessible to persons using wheelchairs and other assistive mobility devices. Ramps are available at the Grove, Van Ness and McAllister entrances. Accessible seating for persons with disabilities (including those using wheelchairs) is available. The closest accessible BART Station is the Civic Center station located at the intersection of Market, Hyde and Grove Streets. Accessible MUNI lines serving City Hall include 5 Fulton and 49 Mission/Van Ness, and all Metro lines servicing the Metro station at Van Ness and Market. Accessible parking in the vicinity of City Hall is available adjacent to Davies Hall and the War Memorial Complex, and also in the Civic Center Garage (355 McAllister Street) and Performing Arts Garage (360 Grove Street).
Assistive listening devices, real time captioning, American Sign Language interpreters, readers, large print agendas or other accommodations are available upon request.
