Resources for Legacy Businesses

Being listed on the Legacy Business Registry means that businesses are officially recognized as long-standing community-serving cultural assets in San Francisco. The City and County of San Francisco intends the Registry to be a tool for providing educational and promotional assistance to Legacy Businesses to encourage their viability and success. To that end, the City has created the following documents.

Local Resources for Legacy Businesses

The Legacy Business Program Resources Handbook, created by the Office of Small Business in partnership with the San Francisco Small Business Development Center, serves as a handy reference guide of local business programs, services and resources that are available to help businesses succeed and continue their legacy.

Local Providers of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

The Office of Small Business created a list of local providers of personal protective equipment (PPE). This list is provided as a resource for San Francisco small businesses seeking to purchase PPE. By including a business in this list, the City is not endorsing the business or providing any statement or assurance as to the quality of the products offered by the business. Any business that sells PPE to San Francisco businesses and wishes to be added to this list may contact the San Francisco Office of Small Business by email at sfosb@sfgov.org.
