Quinquennial Assessment and Review of the Legacy Business Historic Preservation Fund
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the first quinquennial assessment and review of the Legacy Business Historic Preservation Fund by the Controller's Office has been extended from October 1 to December 31, 2020 (estimated). Per the San Francisco Administrative Code, the Controller shall provide a report commencing in fiscal year 2020-21 analyzing the effect of the Legacy Business Historic Preservation Fund on the stability of Legacy Businesses for the prior five fiscal years. The analysis shall be based on criteria deemed relevant by the Controller, and may include, but is not limited to, data contained in the Legacy Business Program annual reports, below.
Legacy Business Program Annual Report, Fiscal Year 2019-20
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the issuance of the Legacy Business Program Annual Report for fiscal year 2019-20 (April 2019 through March 2020) has been extended from June 1 to August 1, 2020. The annual report will summarize activities of the Legacy Business Program, including major accomplishments, the Legacy Business Registry, marketing and branding, business assistance services, the Legacy Business Historic Preservation Fund, the Program budget and major upcoming activities.
